How our liquid waste disposal service works
Liquid waste covers everything that cannot go into a skip: process effluent, tank washings, interceptor contents, oily water, chemical liquors, laboratory liquids and unknown drummed liquids left behind on site. We sample and classify the liquid first, then send the right vehicle, whether that is a vacuum tanker for bulk volumes or a curtain sided vehicle for drummed and IBC packed waste. Treatment routes include physical and chemical treatment, effluent plant, recovery or high temperature incineration depending on the classification. Confined space and tank cleaning support is available for sites clearing legacy storage.
Every collection includes the same standard of care as a matter of course. We classify the waste with you and confirm the correct List of Waste coding, supply UN approved packaging and labelling before the collection date, and send an ADR trained driver with a compliant vehicle. The material is taken to permitted facilities only, and your hazardous waste consignment note is returned to you as evidence that the movement was handled correctly from start to finish.
